2. Data We Collect

We may collect the following personal data when you interact with our website or make a reservation:

• Name and contact details (phone, email) provided voluntarily via Telegram bot or phone
• Reservation details (date, time, number of guests)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager)
• Cookies set by Google services (Analytics, Ads) and Meta Pixel after cookie consent

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

• Reservation processing — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Analytics & advertising — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time
• Legal obligations — compliance with Czech law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR)

4. Cookies, Google & Meta Services

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking. These services may set cookies on your device to measure website performance and ad effectiveness. These cookies are set only after you choose “Accept all”. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to build audiences for our campaigns. This may set cookies and share limited interaction data with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Pixel tracking is loaded only after you accept cookies on this site.

5. Third-Party Services

Reservations are processed via Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.). When you use our Telegram bot, Telegram's own privacy policy applies. We do not store your Telegram messages on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your reservation.

6. Data Retention

Reservation data is kept for up to 3 years for accounting and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained as per Google's standard retention settings (up to 14 months).

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Black Panther Lounge is an age-restricted hospitality venue. Our services are intended for persons aged 18 years and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
